Browser within browser hide ip and see server blocked sites

Recently my friend complained that his college server blocked a few sites. and he could no longer access them from the Internet. So i thought of a solution. As the simple site blocking is by using URL. So i searched for a site that works as a browser, and now this works fine for him. I found a lot of sites but these are the best i liked of them all..

Bitty Browser helps you keep track of your favorite Web stuff by enabling navigable windows directly within your favorite sites — it's like Picture-in-Picture for the Web.
It lets you surf from a window that shows up in a small window.. Also offers great synchronization with a lot of services.
